At the beginning of this year I decided my one word theme and intention would be << E X P A N S I O N >> which fully encapsulated my desire to expand my business, expand my soul fam tribe, expand in a romantic relationship, and expand in my own journey of personal growth.🌴 I started this year in Costa Rica as a new owner of a retreat center and attended more retreats than all of my life combined, including my first ayahuasca retreat and my first (and 2nd) tantric retreat to further explore sacred sexuality. I made my way back to Bali for two months and Burning Man this summer, all of which have been key towards the most expansive moments I’ve had in my entire life. The amount of growth I’ve experienced this year has been vast and as I reflect on all that I’ve learned I realized my one word intention was shortsighted not to include “with ease and grace”. 😅 This year has been one of the most challenging of my life which is why I’ve largely stayed silent about my own journey as I integrated my new expansion. At the same time this year has also been the most rewarding because I finally have the tools and support in place to navigate all that I feel thanks to the Soul Integration process and now with each challenge I also feel how much I have grown. The parts of me that I’ve neglected, suppressed, and hidden for so long are finally feeling loved and most importantly they are trusting that they no longer need to be so emotionally reactive because they now know I’ve got this. 💪🏽 They also know I am forever appreciative of every single moment, every single person, and every single tear, as it’s all made me who I am today. It was one of those moments when you read something so perfectly stated that couldn’t be more poignant for you. This is exactly why I am here and am committed to the practices and work that I do. I am beyond grateful that she said yes and joined me down here in beautiful #costarica. I find that I am filled with so much gratitude each day for the beauty that surrounds us, for the incredible support system I have with my friends and soul family, for the lessons I am learning and choosing to grow from, for the clients I work with that said yes to investing in themselves and their healing journey, for each and every moment I breathe and experience because I believe it’s exactly why we chose to be here for this miraculous transformational shift in human history. #gratitude for it all.

What an incredible weekend with some of the most beautiful consciously creating souls and land stewards I’ve ever encountered. We were united thanks to the sacred container set by @regenerationnationcr to co-create our vision for a better future in our communities here in Costa Rica and beyond. We had enlivened discussions around our devotion to Pachamama, how to work with her more consciously, and how to bring regenerative principals to our business and land efforts at @consmania. Forever grateful for how this soul family shows up in life and am very much looking forward to continuing these important conversations and creation of a better future via the #regeneravida platform. Muchas gracias mi amigos y amigas!! 🙏🏽

11:11 on 11:11:22 aka✨ Pure Magic ✨ I can feel my thoughts shifting more and more each day as I have trained myself to have a greater awareness. I catch myself when the words I use aren’t what I’m wanting to manifest. I’ll catch my thoughts when they are thinking about what I don’t want vs. what I want. I’ve stepped into my power with my expression and embodiment of the “I am”. Yesterday was particularly auspicious - I have been loving the guidance I am accessing lately, guidance that has always been about me but now I am more experienced with noticing it, and more importantly TRUSTING it. We’re born innately knowing our connection and then most of us get trained out of it. I teach my clients how to rediscover their brilliance once again. How to fully step into their own unique power. How to recognize the signs and abilities we all have greater access to now thanks to the 5th dimensionary shift on this planet. Synchronicities like 11:11 are here to remind us of this. A nod from the universe that yes, you are a divine master being, yes you are supported, yes you have the ability to create whatever life you desire. 🪄 So then the question becomes: ✨ What are you creating with this magic within you? ✨ Where could the story SHIFT to be even more in your favor? ✨ What are you still putting outside of you rather than creating from within? ✨ Where could you use greater assistance?

🪄 I recently discovered the @my.humandesign app thanks to my friend @alisia.malta and have been loving the revelations coming thru. There is something so beautiful learning more about who you are and how you work best, which might not be what seems “normal” or society deems “best”. I’ll be incorporating a #humandesign module in my coaching program because it’s vitally important to intimately know ourselves in this way in order to pave the way of that which we envision to be. ✨

Today I completed my Reiki 2 training and am now ready to bring energy healing into my client practice. 🥰 Huge appreciation for my Reiki 1 teacher @sparkl3heart and my lovely Reiki 2 trainer Cat Wheeler - I am so grateful for both of these souls. they are incredible wayshowers, lightworkers, and teachers - I am forever awe-inspired by the grace and wisdom that they share with us. I had envisioned completing my Reiki 2 training in Bali for as long as I’ve known about Reiki in this lifetime. It has become clear to me over the past few years as I reconnect with my guided purpose, my true inner being, my remembering, that I have been in this role for many, many lifetimes including other planets and dimensions. To reconnect with myself in this way feels like a coming home in a life where I’ve often felt very disconnected from the feeling of being home. As a full time #nomad for the last 12.5 years I used to say “home is where I park it” now I can fully feel the truth of “home is where my heart is” as I’ve grown to know the heart is the seat of our soul and I have an incredible about of energy and love pouring out through my heart to each one of you. I love asking the universe to send me feathers and I found this one right after we finished our first sunrise meditation in between the paws of the Sphinx with Sheila Gillette channeling THEO aka #askTHEO. For me, finding feathers is a nod from the universe like ✨ we got you - or ✨you’re exactly where you need to be right now - or simply ✨“I see you”. 🥰 I told myself this was a feather from Horus, an ancient Egyptian god in the form of a falcon whose right eye was believed to be the sun or morning star, representing power and quintessence, and the left eye as the moon or evening star, representing healing. If there were two words I could use to summarize my time in Egypt, powerful and healing couldn’t be a better fit. I love #synchronicities like this, it makes my heart so happy. 🪶🥰 👉🏽What’s your favorite #synchronicity to look out for?

The path is clear when you have a vision of what you want and most importantly how you want to feel having it. I used to have a hard time setting goals. I thought it was more fun to live life as you go until I learned the power we have to manifest the life we want and how it’s much easier to get there when you focus on the feeling of it. The more time I spent envisioning what I wanted to manifest the easier it became to feel authentic in the goals I set for myself, not because someone said I needed to set goals, but because I was finally ready to step into the life I desire because I could feel into that knowing. As a Pisces in my Sun, Venus, and Mars I feel it all. In how I connect, in how I take action, and how I shine. That can either be a super power or a detriment depending on how you allow yourself to fully, authentically live who you are. Ya feel me?! 😊

My dear friend Brenna gave me this card many months ago, around the same time I’d adopted the practice of thinking about all the things I’m grateful for the moment I wake up. I decided to hang it above my bed so that it’s the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night. Lately it’s been falling down so each time I get in bed I get to pick it up, breathe in a moment of gratitude, and thank the universe for the constant reminders of support, as I once again get to embody the pure positive feeling of gratitude. It’s “small” daily practices like this that have completely changed my life for the better. Even when life feels tough, I know I always have gratitude there to support me. #iamgrateful

My entire life I dreamed of this day, yet never once did I envision it quite like this. It’s quite frankly better than I could have ever imagined. Not only am I steps away from the beach, surrounded by the most beautiful, thriving ecosystems, in a collective of 12 other inspiring badasses, I’m in a position to assist thousands of divine souls on their journey of self-discovery and greater awareness. When I first got this flag at Phoenix Pride 4 years ago, I immediately noticed my reaction to one very particular word but found the juxtaposition of the statement useful and beautifully necessary for me at the time. I see it every day in my home and it reminds me of the importance of choosing love over all. My spiritual mentors have told me I’m here in this lifetime to master unconditional love and I’m ready to fully embrace this true essence of me. I am poly. I am queer. I love radical self-expression. I love loving myself. I love sharing my love because I know I am love. I love practicing the feeling of radiating love and sending it out to others. I love the confirmations we get doing this work. I’ve been wanting to buy an angel/tarot type deck of my own for a while now but being a nomad forces you to be very selective with the items you collect in your life. Lately I’ve been called towards more guidance that I knew a card could give me so I put the call out to my beautiful soul family asking if any of them could draw a card for me and this was the first one I got back from my brother @virinderlail - such a lovely confirmation in a time where I was feeling like I haven’t been doing enough and could be doing more. Grateful for these reminders in all the forms that they come. ✨ What forms have the confirmations been coming thru for you lately? ✨

New mantras I created this week thanks to my jam s

New mantras I created this week thanks to my jam session with @benjoywalker & @thestrongcoach 16 week program I’m in. I did a journaling exercise personifying the “Evil Business Partner”, that inner voice we have that can criticize or even sabotage the growth we seek. Mine is named Dunno as in “I dunno what’s best” a common response my inner voice will tell me when I’m envisioning what my business could be. From that we examined a time in my life where I didn’t know what I was doing but found success. And from that these mantras were born. I write them down first thing each morning and before bed at night to remind myself: “I got this!” 💪🏽 💪🏽 what kind of sabotaging inner talk do you hear from yourself? How do you change that story?
